As a mother of four young children and a previous Kindergarten teacher I was always looking for a way to disipline in a positive manner. My children get very excited about earning links so that their chain will reach the floor. They talk and plan for the exciting activity that will follow once they have reached their goal. I feel that the Reward Chain is a very helpful tool in behavior management.
